You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Unwashed and without any alterations
- Returned with the original tags and packaging
If the Mistake Is Ours
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A damaged or defective product
- A different size or item than what you ordered due to our mistake
We will provide a refund or replacement/exchange, depending on the situation.
For a refund, the amount paid for the affected product will be refunded through the available payment method.
If the Issue Is Not Our Mistake
If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply don't want the product anymore, refunds will not be provided.
In such cases, we offer an exchange only, subject to product availability.
Proof Required
For damaged, defective, wrong, or incorrect items, you must provide clear photo/video proof showing the issue.
We may require:
- Clear pictures of the product
- A video of the parcel/product if necessary
- Order details or other relevant information
Our team will review the proof before approving the return, refund, or exchange.
Important
Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags/packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
